July 06 Update June and JulyJune I was busy with planting seeds, many of which didn't take and playing in parades. Also, I have had a few rehersals with a woodwind quintet and that groups is progressing slowly. It is fun. The rabbits have been both a joy to watch and a terror to have around. They have been eating a lot of new sprouts and just when I thought they gave up, they ravaged my north gardens that are on each side of my back porch. They have lived under that porch for at least 3 years now and never did they disdurb anything that grew there. Today I decided to throw a bunch of moth balls under the back porch and in the two gardens. I hope they leave it alone now.
The worst thing that has happened is after I got things settled with HRA for the sewer job, a 30 year deferred loan that has to be paid back, I found out that the 30 year deferred loan I got back in 2002 to fix up my house, that one is NOT forgiven after 30 years, it has to be paid back, too. I can't figure out why I was told by HRA that it would be forgiven. I am trying to get the loan backer, Celink, to verify things and get something unoffically set up so I can start paying the money back, but Celink is treating me like a worthless thing they don't have time for. There computers seem to be conveniently always down when I call to get imfo on my old loan. Uff-da! |
